1) Go to Settings by click More at top right of Chrome.

Firstly, type ipconfig /flushdns then hit Enter.
Secondly, type ipconfig /registerdns then hit Enter.

Fourthly, type ipconfig /renew then hit Enter.
Lastly, type netsh winsock reset then hit Enter.
When it done, close command prompt window.
Note: Restart your PC to make changes take effect.
